What it requires
3.6.3.3 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 requires: instructions for autonomous mobile machinery: characteristics of the intended travel and working areas and of the danger zones. It is a new requirement compared with Directive 2006/42/EC and applies to machinery placed on the market from 20 January 2027.

The instructions for use of autonomous mobile machinery or related products shall specify the characteristics of its intended travel, working areas and danger zones.
