You upload the PDF and we compare your manual with the 109 requirements of the Regulation. With that report, the conversation with our legal team goes straight to what matters.

By phone or video call (in Spanish, or by email if you prefer). We go through your report, agree the scope, languages and any questions, and then send you a fixed-price proposal.

Kick-off meeting with your legal specialist
We gather everything needed: the current manual, drawings, machine data and the requirements you're concerned about.

You receive your corrected manual
Your legal specialist drafts the update against the Regulation and delivers the corrected manual, ready for your approval, with up to 2 rounds of changes.
Who analyses your manual
- Specialists with a legal background who work from the official text of Regulation (EU) 2023/1230, requirement by requirement.
- Every manual is analysed and drafted by a person. Artificial intelligence speeds up reading and cross-checking against the requirements, but it doesn't decide or sign anything.
- You have a dedicated specialist: your point of contact from the kick-off meeting to the delivery of the corrected manual.
How the manual check works
- A closed checklist of 109 requirements from Annex III and Article 10, taken from the official text (OJ L 165, 29.6.2023, as corrected by OJ L 169).
- For each requirement: whether your manual covers it, partly covers it or doesn't, with the exact quote and the page where we found it.
- A score from 0 to 100 in which new and amended requirements weigh more, plus the 5 priorities to start with.
- It's for guidance: it's AI-generated and may contain errors. That's why it always quotes the sentence and page, so you can check it in seconds.
What we do

What we don't do
- The machine's risk assessment or technical file
- CE marking or signing the EU declaration: the manufacturer does that
- Certify machinery or act as a notified body
- Legal advice in the strict sense: we're not a law firm
Your documents, protected
- The PDF is stored encrypted and is never published or used to train AI models.
- We keep the report for 24 months so we can serve it to you; you can ask us to delete it at any time.
- Our legal specialists work under a duty of confidentiality and a data processing agreement (GDPR Art. 28).
Frequently asked questions
Are the calls compulsory?
No. The 5–10 minute call is the quickest way to agree the scope and give you a fixed price, but if you prefer we can handle it by email. Calls are in Spanish.
What do you need from me to get started?
Your current manual and, at the kick-off meeting, whatever your legal specialist asks for: usually drawings, machine data and the requirements you're most concerned about.
How much does it cost?
The proposal always comes with a fixed price, in writing, before we start. The Regulation Pack has a published price per manual; if your case goes beyond the scope, you'll know before accepting.
